REFERENCE→TABLE OF CONTENTS

Table of Contents : With this option, we can make the first content page of the book by making the TOC (Table of Contents)

inserting the headings written in the open page and the headings of its paragraphs on the first page of the file.

Update Table : Through this option, we can update the changes in the index page taken in the open page.

REFERENCES→FOOTNOTES BLOCK

Insert Footnotes : With this option we can create a footnote of the selected word. When we create a footnote of a word, then any symbol and counting comes on top of the word that shows us that its meaning is written in the bottom of the page. With this we can create endnotes along with footnotes. The endnote is created at the bottom of the last page of the file.

Insert Endnote : By this option we can insert the footnote and endnote in the page.

Next Footnote : With this option, we can go to the footnote and endnote.

Show Notes : Through this option, we can show the footnote and endnote taken in the open page.

REFERENCES→CAPTIONS BLOCK

Insert Caption : With this option, we can give number in picture, clip art, table etc. taken in open page and create new label.

Insert Table of Figure : With this option, we can create an index of insert for open page.

Update Table : Through this option we can update the index of insert caption.

Cross Reference : Through this option, we can link the headings, paragraphs, book marks etc. already taken in the page.

Mark Entry : To create a mark entry in the page by this option, we bold and underline the words we want to index by selecting the text written in the open page. After selecting the word, we click on the index entry option, which will open an option box in front of us. We will click on the mark option in that box. Then the word that we have selected will be added to the box.

Insert Index : Through this option, we can insert the mark entry and the first one made in the page.

Update Index : Through this option, we can update the insert index.

MAILING→CREATE

Envelope : Through this option, we can create an envelope in the open page and also give the size of envelope.

Labels : Through this option we can create a label in the open page.

MAILING→START MAIL MERGE

Start Mail Merge : With this option we can create a mail merge in the open page. Through this, we can make different pages of the same letter with many names and addresses. And print out.

Insert Merge Field : Through this option, we can insert the name, address list created in the mail merge in the open page.

Preview Results : Through this option we can show / hide mail in open page.

Finish And Merge : Through this option, we can show all the mail created in the open page on the new page.
